SLC Consultation is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing to conduct the necessary studies and provide consultancy services aimed at enhancing private sector participation in investing in the Ministry’s, municipalities’, and local governments’ assets. This initiative aspires to contribute to asset development and elevate citizens’ satisfaction by delivering high-quality services.

This collaboration also involves leading investors, community development pioneers, and initiators from banking institutions and the private sector, who have expressed interest in investing in and operating these assets, either for profit or as part of their corporate social responsibility efforts. Such involvement is expected to positively impact the quality of community life.

This MoU will help develop a consensus model among stakeholders and result in the provision of hundreds of sports and entertainment destinations accessible to all segments of society. These destinations will serve neighborhood residents by offering conveniently located, high-quality facilities at nominal or no cost.

Additionally, this initiative will promote the practice of various sports and hobbies, aligning with the Quality of Life Program objectives, and contribute to creating a tangible model for private entities seeking to allocate their social responsibility budgets towards sustainable, impactful, and measurable community projects
